"Truly disappointed. Went to Margaritaville for 2 days while I was in Jax for a funeral. I have a serious allergy to down. Explained it in the notes when I booked. Assured when I checked in that the room “has been cleared of down, I think”. This was the manager. She was very hyped to leave for the evening, and I actually do not blame her. It’s a tough biz. Got upstairs and knew immediately the feathered pillows had not been removed. Called. Removed the pillows into the hall. Washed hands, aired room out. Knock on door. What did they bring after I checked the label? Yep- more down pillows. Washed hands. Thank goodness head wasn’t put on pillows. I brought my own, the pillows were for my sister or for me to hug. I do what I do. The soap dispenser fell off the wall. The details of the room just looked worn. The view was good. Drinks tasted weird. Our server Savion at the restaurant was super sweet and helpful, the young lady in the gift shop who also made coffee? A gem! Food wasn’t bad! It just was ok. Really surprised as Margaritaville in other places are very upscale! The lobby was very pretty, valet Parkers super nice, pool looked well kept. My biggest issue was the lack of concern about a very serious allergy."

"No food options except room service, hotel under construction. Very disruptive but at least they had coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at 3. No real place to enjoy the wine as entire bottom half of hotel under construction. Will be very nice when fished but they have a long way to go. "

"Host was easy to contact and did everything he could to anticipate our needs. The space is quaint and very clean. The pool is for big kids and adults. It is no wading pool. The area is close to two beaches and the Mayo Clinic. "

"Well let’s start with my check-in, the concierge was extremely polite & very professional. My room was very clean & the temperature was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t my kind of tea, but it looked like people were enjoying it. Check-out was just as professional. I needed this relaxed weekend, work has been very stressful & the long hours has taken a toll on me. So this beach getaway was just what my body ordered."
