I love this place. In spite of terrible weather, and it being off-season, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You won’t find a place to stay in Jacksonville with a better, more professional staff there to help you. I highly recommend staying in this area if you come into town. There are plenty of food options, and the beach area is well-maintained and beautiful.

This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide was excellent.

Relaxing and luxurious vacation.

We had a great trip. We did have a problem with the first room. The TV wasn't working properly, kept pixelating. They did their best to fix it but was unable. Although this became rather frustrating having people in and out of your room they moved us to another room. They even compensated us a late check out. The room was beautiful with a stunning view. The check in staff was wonderful and helpful once there was a problem. It was very cold during our stay but still enjoed a walk by the beach. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property with a well maintained, private beach. The staff was accommodating and the shuttle drivers hustled every step of the way. The only real negative was the dress code. I respect the reasons for having it but it worked against us this trip. We had to relocate from another property in the area that had unexpected construction going on so we were not prepared for “resort casual”. This made eating on site unavailable to us. We simply went off property to Salt Life Shack and had a wonderful meal not even 10 minutes away. **The bed is a 10 out of 10!** :)
