"Greetings Sandra. Dan and I checked out of your lovely and convenient beach house last weekend. We stayed for 4 weeks in March for our 2nd consecutive year. We love the quietness of the neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to the beach. It is close to all the amenities such as stores, restaurants, and the closeness to our son and his family in Ponte Vedra Beach. We also like the convenience to favorite restaurants in St. Augustine, Jax Beach as well as others We would certainly want to return in March of 2027. Let us know about availability, please. The updates to the property were noted and appreciated, such as the front yard Astro turf, new bedding in the bedrooms, etc. Hope to see you in 2027.Sue and Dan."

"No food options except room service, hotel under construction. Very disruptive but at least they had coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at 3. No real place to enjoy the wine as entire bottom half of hotel under construction. Will be very nice when fished but they have a long way to go. "

"Well let’s start with my check-in, the concierge was extremely polite & very professional. My room was very clean & the temperature was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t my kind of tea, but it looked like people were enjoying it. Check-out was just as professional. I needed this relaxed weekend, work has been very stressful & the long hours has taken a toll on me. So this beach getaway was just what my body ordered."
