"Location was great and I loved the property. It had a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, a musician in the bar at night on the weekends and a cool tiki bar in the back. Lots of parking both near the entrance and across the street. Staff was friendly and the food was good. "

"This was our first visit to Jax beach and we were not disappointed. The beach is very clean and not over crowded. The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and super clean! We loved the direct ocean front view from the balcony living room and master bedroom. The balcony was very large and comfortable. Also love that it was a gated complex. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Condo had everything needed to make meals in if desired. Mona and Magaly fantastic! Available timely for what ever you needed.. thanks for your efforts to make our experience wonderful!"

"TV did not work, no blankets, no hairdryer until nice handyman corrected these things. Minimum essentials in the kitchen and live cockroach in the kitchen drawer.Management is not responsible. The owners should be ashamed!"

"The continental breakfast could be improved. Gross folded eggs and watered down oatmeal weren't great. And the kitchen person was rude."

"The cottage was spotless and cute, however, the beds were so firm it was hard to sleep. The gas grill was filthy and would not start, the ice maker did not work. We could not get the hot water in one of the bathroom vanities working so we just used the one bathroom. Of a six night stay, we stayed only 2, making this rental our most expensive ever! We notified the host we had decided to leave after our short stay and let her know why, knowing that fixing the issues would be important for future guests. Heather stated, after several messages, that she had never had a complaint about the beds but got new foam toppers, added ice trays, stated the hot water was fine and never addressed the gas grill. Heather also stated that if we would have let her know, she would have addressed the issues during our stay. I suggested that having repairs and deliveries during our stay defeats the purpose of being on vacation and that the responsibility of making sure their property is as advertised is on them. Oh well. Would not stay there again because of the way the host corresponded with me, saying the hot water was fine, and the ring of water I saw around the toilet indicating a possible leak was not there and that she had never gotten a complaint before. "

"The house was clean and centrally located to restaurants and things to do. The master bed and bath are even better in person. The Nomad Hospitality Team are quick to respond questions and wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable as could be. The beach was just a short walk across the street and both balcony’s had great views. My wife and I spent every morning drinking coffee, talking, and enjoying the weather on the balcony. The upstairs projector was a great place to watch a move. Would recommend this house to a couple looking to get away or a family looking for a great beach vacation. "
