Have nothing negative to say! This was our second time to stay here and it did not disappointment. All personnel from front desk to valet parking to housecleaning and anyone else I left out are exceptional! Very kind, very helpful and so pleasant. The location can't be beat. It's right on Jacksonville Beach and so near to so many things. It's very clean and refreshing. Couldn't recommend it more! Will continue to stay here on future trips! You can't go wrong...book the room!

Absolutely beautiful location and very convenient. You will find great restaurants nearby. If you are traveling with kids make sure to plan ahead to eat outside of the hotel since they do not have dine-in. However, if you are childless there’s a bar inside the hotel with some snacks. You will have to pay for parking unless you park across the street. You may find parking if you don’t mind walking. If you cannot find parking, valet is $26/day. Note that there’s a $100 per day deposit as well for the hotel.
