"I expect hot and cold running water at the sink and in the shower. The hot water was shut off under the sink, and the handle on the sink did not function to turn on the hot water. I paid a price for this room that was too high for lacking basics. "

"Didn’t stay. The place was terrible. Moldy shower and shower curtain. Dirty appliances. Dog hair. Dirty pool and outdoor grill. Checked it out and left to check into Homewood Hilton hotel. Never again. Have pics if you want to see them of the rental at the beach. "

"I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful vacation here at this beautiful residence! It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in unit to utilize after multiple much needed beach days. There were also plenty of cute breakfast spots and bars around the area to be able to enjoy and make memories. The VRBO Host was well communicated and very easy to talk to if help needed during our stay. If I could give a 6/5 stars I would and we will definitely be returning to this home in the near future. "
