"This Charming Boutique Hotel was the perfect oasis for our stay. The vibes were immaculate! The staff is sweet and accommodating. The main floor pool is delicious as well as the rooftop pool and terrace. The hotel's bar and restaurant was just perfect, breakfast as superb and yummy. I don't have enough synonym's to describe how cute and perfect everything was."

"I loved everything in Cartagena. The Hyatt Regency is an excellent hotel, from the service in the lobby, the pool, the restaurant, to the room service. I want to thank the entire staff, especially Oscar and Antonio in the restaurant, as well as Dina and Daniel in the lobby, and some other girls there whose names I don't remember, but they are all special and extremely attentive.
