"The hotel was nice enough and very central however, being central also brings forth a lot of noise, filth and questionable individuals. As soon as you would walk out the smell of urine was overbearing, music would be pumping until 3am every night. I also was charged a fair amount because they were unable to remove my red hair shedding from the towels. I have been a redhead for over 10 years, stayed in multiple countries and have never had such fees applied to my room."

"We had an amazing time and would staff again. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and great location. It is close to everything but not in the busy part of town. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I requested to change rooms because I was given the one on the 1st floor near the pool and it was noisy. My sister had issues with the A/C and the also moved her to a bigger room. Breakfast was average but it is included. Very nice hotel really enjoyed the stay."
