"The house was spotless and exactly as advertised - beautiful location, great styling and set-up, and I loved the chickens in the garden!"

"The A framed cabin was perfect. It was nestled in the trees and the sounds of the birds were lovely. there was a very clean outdoor BBQ, childrens playground, pool and a lot of grassed areas for kids to play freely. The cabin had everything needed in the kitchen and a large sized fridge. The beds were comfy and the shower had great pressure. It had a couple of maintenance issues but none that affected our stay. It was very good value and we would recommend this to fellow travelers. "

"Beautiful house, which was large and very comfortable. Wonderful little touches like breakfast cereal, milk and juice for the first morning. Lovely coffee machine with beans as well. View was lovely to just sit and watch for hours and so quiet. Perfect location for a break."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Muckleford Forest Cottage. We awoke to birdsong every morning and were cosy and comfortable in the lovely cottage with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our dog loved it there as he explored the large backyard.Elbert was a great host!We’ll be back.Colleen and Graham."

"Nice large room with plenty of space for a two night stay. Very comfy bed. Outdoor kitchen area was handy for a quick meal heated up in the microwave with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Great array of local tourist brochures at reception. "

"I visited Castlemaine for social weekend away with a friend. This apartment always clean and comfortable and close to local attractions. The host is just lovely – friendly, responsive and available and was even kind enough at one point to give us a ride to where we were going in her car when we were running late! I’d definitely stay here again."
