Thanks for your feedback!!Our reception is open 24 hours, probably you find a moment that the receptionist had to go upstairs for any reason. we lock the door when nobody is in reception for safety reason, because anyone could go inside withoutr permission.We take care for safety, don't worry, we have modern fire alarm also

The wifi is everywhere in the hotel.If in your floor did not work, you should tell this in the reception, maybe it needs just a reset. Bed was hard because the mattress is new, if you didn't like, we could change your room.

Single rooms are for 1 person, our rooms are big enough for 1 person. Single rooms have no view, nobody said that you had a balcony, that is in double/twin or triple rooms, single rooms has got a window and without a view. Bed is hard because the maitress is new. Sorry for you if your stay wasn't what you expeted, you're first guest that was shocked.

The thing that we are close to the ramblas usually is a good thing, maybe you don't like the downtown and you prefer to stay outside the city.
