The house is very well connected since it has a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house (just 30 meters away) to Barcelona and different locations and train station 260 meters (just 5 minutes walk) with a good destination to Barcelona and the airport or to Sitges or Tarragona.

Ideal to accommodate families for both summer and winter vacations, as well as people who come for business (since Barcelona fairs are only 15-20 minutes by car or 25-30 minutes by bus). The house is preferably rented for an ideal of up to 6 adults, other places to reach the total occupation best for children. With a higher adult occupation the rate will be somewhat increased. The price of the tourist fee of € 0.99 per person per night is not included in the price. This amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

No noise can be made outside after 11:00 pm for the neighborhood break. It is mandatory to throw the garbage in the containers that are in the same street a few meters from the house.
