Me encantó que hablaran español, que es mi idioma principal. Me impresionó mucho la cantidad de idiomas que hablaban. The staff was incredibly nice and professional and friendly. The room was always cleaned. I had the best experience in Badalona, Spain. I loved that they spoke Spanish which is my main language that I speak. I was very impressed by how many languages they spoke.

The hotel is clean, in a quiet area but close enough to many cafes, shopping and metro. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Their service is beyond what I have experienced at many other hotels.

I really like the hotel and the staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, luminous and clean I made 3 different reservations in a period of 19 days because I was traveling around. The VIP access the first time was amazing with the best room upgrade with jacuzzi and a Nespresso coffee machine. The other two reservations were in a regular room but with a king bed, in a higher level and they offered water an a late check in. I travel every year so I will always go back there.

The property is located in a safe and walkable area close to badalona beaches and close to transportation to go to Barcelona and Costa Brava. The property was renovated and the room was modern nice and clean. The VIP ACCÉS was poor. They gave me a room upgrade apparently but only one big water bottle for the 5 days we stayed and the late check out only until 2 pm.

First room smelt like mould and urine next to the headboard. The window wasnt able to air it out. We moved to the second room and the shower smelt like sewgage. The service was good and they helped us get a taxi to the airport

Ok but a bit disappointed

Reasonable connections with Barcelona with public transport. Expensive parking in hotel and in surrounding. Conditioner did not work. In the evening we have tried hotel restaurant and I got the worst fish ever (like a rubber), but pork was very tasty

We spent the weekend at Badalona Tower and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless in the lobby and the rooms. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely it just had an unusual layout that we hadn't seen before. You walk in with the shower and toilet straight in front of you and a glass wall separating that from the bed area. The toilet and shower both have privacy glass only which was fine but is maybe not as private as we are usually used to. The bed was comfortable, the curtains made the room dark so I slept well and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Fruit, eggs, cured meats, croissants and breads, yoghurt and lots of choice of drinks. Overall we were very pleased and would stay again.
