Thank goodness for Google translate! My room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The location is also excellent: just steps away from access to the Sapporo subway system; a short walk to Odori Park and a very short walk to a massive mall."

"The Nikko hotel chain is legendary. The service is impeccable. Everything about this hotel is 6-star - from the wlecome to the final goodbyes. We had our laundry washed in express time. The buffet breakfast is off the scale - Ainu soup, waffle croissants, fresh mango - more than 100 dishes - and views from the 35th floor over Sapporo and beyond.
