"We cannot fault this stay in any way. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left it was truly phenomenal. We ate in the lounge and in flow restaurant. We used the spa next door which please do book as the service there was next level also. We try and stay Hilton wherever we have travelled and this is by far the best stay we have had in any hotel in the world. We will be booking again and staying longer next time. The use of the ferries, the walkability of the hotel and all the surrounding areas and amenities should not be missed. The biggest highlight was the staff. Hilton should be very proud of the level of professionalism in every member from check in to check out, the chef's, cooks, wait staff and even our room attendants were amazing."

"This was our 3rd visit to Lebua and it doesn’t disappoint. Our corner suite was fantastic. The panoramic views over the city and the river set a high bar, giving us plenty of space to relax. Booking a Tower Club suite includes lounge access, which proved well worth it. The afternoon snacks were top quality, and the complimentary sundowner drinks made a great lead-in to the evening. Downstairs, the swimming pool offers a peaceful, spacious retreat from the Bangkok heat. Breakfast was another major highlight, offering a huge spread of international and local options that easily set us up for the day. We headed up to Sky Bar for cocktails one evening. The views are iconic and the atmosphere is electric. However, brace yourself for the bill. While the drinks are well made, the prices are eye-watering even by luxury hotel standards. It is worth visiting for one drink to take in the skyline, but it is not a spot for a long session. Our only real frustration was finding out the hotel removed all self-service washing machines despite them being advertised (and we used them previously). We planned to do a quick load of laundry before flying on to Samui, so losing that facility was a genuine inconvenience."

"Things we liked. View over the river from our room. The breakfast was amazing (probably best we’ve experienced in all our travels). Watching fireworks sitting at the Long Bar. The location. The pool. The staff are incredible. The shuttle to Icon Siam. And although not part of the hotel, a beer and food at Jack’s Bar next door! There was absolutely nothing not to like. Superb hotel."

"On checking in we found no towels in the room and, on checking the bed, found hairs in it. However, when we asked, the sheets were changed and later that night they gave us towels so we were happy with a good response. The buffet breakfast was excellent with friendly staff and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. Aircon and comfort were good. The location on Soi Rambuttri is excellent. We have actually booked in for another one night stay on our return to Bangkok as we were overall very happy with this accommodation."
