"The best thing about this hotel is the lovely staff. Negatives for us was the room was very small and you could hear all that was happening outside the room. I got soup for lunch when we arrived and it was far too creamy. There was an issue with broken glass on our room floor when we arrived and it was obvious that it hadnt been vacuumed, this was swiftly and professionally dealt with by reception and management. There was also quite a bit of mould in the shower which would just need a bit more...
