Our family stay was average. Postage stamp sized room for the 4 of us. Receptionist spoke not a word of English. All signs in Japanese which did not make one feel too comfortable. We finally asked about washing machine instructions and they did pull out an English page. Why was this not in the room in the first place. Did not use air or TV because of same.

This is a perfectly good hotel for tooling around Tokyo. It's fairly central and close to a major train station. We stayed in the suite w/a tatami room which worked out well for our stay. It has all the amenities you need to cook, do laundry, etc.

Great apartment style hotel minutes away from Akihabara station and main area. Location is within a residential area (along with other hotels) so it’s very quiet and safe plus you get the vibe of local life. Room itself was huge, similar to a studio apartment. I believe only three apartments to a floor so it was also quiet. In suite laundry was a major plus as we were on a longer trip and needed to do a few loads (soap is free at front desk). If you’re travelling with a group of friends or a family, definitely do this hotel!
