Bedrooms are very cozy and with a modern updated feel. Very close to good restaurants and bars also near the subway access. Only 20 minutes to get to shibuya and shinjuku yet Akasaka is a nice quiet retreat from the crowds.

Greaaaat hotel !! Customer service is amazing, rooms are very clean and it’s 3 min away from akasaka station or 8 min from Tameiki- sanno station ( ginza line). It’s in central Tokyo so literally 20 min away from all attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby! Room is small but it’s a Tokyo thing. You also get two water bottles every day. I highly recommend!

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great, lots of options for food as well as close to transportation and without the loud noise of a city. Rooms were good size but pretty typical for the area near Tokyo. Overall, had a great experience and would recommend.

We love Alfit!

Good place to stay in a quieter part of Tokyo. Great for connections to the rest of the city and based near some nice attractions too. Service was great and timely, staff are understanding and did not fail to deliver, 10/10.

Deluxe room on 4th floor at back of hotel. Annoying stairs up half a floor from the elevator to about half the rooms on the floor, the ones at the back. Overly complicated and somewhat unfathomable light controls. No individual bedside lights. Good size with sofa, coffee table and quite a lot of space. Small bathroom. Short bath with shower space alongside. Tiny toilet with virtually no room to close door – would be better with a sliding door. Large safe. Some cupboard space. No view – frosted windows that open 2 inches, probably because there was another building right next door. Young staff who have pretty good English. Very clean. Comfy bed. Was concerned it might be noisy with a bar, but had no noise problems at all.

The hotel rooms was tiny, didn’t feel like I could hang out there much. Felt like a shoe box and the window was blurred. I got a room for two people but was just one person and I still found the room to be very small. Otherwise staff was really nice and the place is clean.

Clean rooms and kind service

The hotel is new and clean, in a fun location, and has great staff. I was particularly impressed with the service. I caught a cold and phoned the front desk to ask if they had a specific cold medicine. Even though I knew it was unlikely, I wanted to check. The gentleman who picked up regretfully informed me that they did not have the medicine, but that he could run a combini to go get it for me (of course I would pay him back and the meds were over-the-counter). What an absolute lifesaver, since I was not really in a state to leave the bed. Thank you! A reminder for those who are not used to Tokyo: the rooms are small. Unless you pay a lot more, most rooms in Tokyo hotels are small. I enjoyed our room here for its cleanliness and clever design.

Hotel nelle immediate vicinanze della Chyoda Line. A poche centinaia di metri è possibile anche accedere alla Ginza Line ed alla Marunochi line. Usando il tokyo pass è possibile usare queste 3 linee per visitare la maggior parte delle località turistiche. Hotel nuovo, con gestione giovane e personale molto disponibile. Presenza di bar nella hall con prezzi nella media del quartiere. Ottima la comunicazione in inglese. Camera standard piccola ma estremamente funzionale.
