"We spent a week at the Hyatt Ziva in San Jose. Upon check in there were a few mishaps (broken toilet, tools left in our bathroom, however the managers were very accommodating and helpful. Big shout out to managers, Hugo & David, they were amazing. The grounds are clean and the staff were all very kind. The club area was a nice and Marcos was always there to great is with a big smile and our favorite drinks. We opted for a cabana to stay out of the heat and it was lovely.
