Before I got the the property the reviews I read was scary, but all turned out to be untrue. The property is excellent no sewer small as some people said in reviews. The food at every restaurant was good the staff was excellent the pools were clean and my room and view from my room was amazing. My wife and I are already making plans to return.

This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!

Steak house was terrible Mexican was excellent front desk was terrible been there 5 times this trip wasn’t as good as the other 4 no one could get it together we paid from airport to resort and back had to get taxi back to airport
