they advertised on Expedia that it was all inclusive, but when you get there, the rules change and they have tiers of all-inclusive which they did not disclose to us. The pool bottom was so rough it cut my foot and the pool smelled like urine. The street vendors haggled you very aggressively even when you were in the restaurant eating dinner they came up and they were asking me for weed Coke, meth. All excursions had additional fees once you got there and very high pressure sales you know for photos or it’s like they didn’t accept no for an answer. The resort made us go to an hour and a half presentation to sell their club membership and we were there four hours. I told them I did not want to be pressured because I wasn’t intending to buy anything. I just wanted the free gift and we were there 4 hours these people were relentless. You told one sales person no they brought in another that person you told him no they brought in another. It was just awful experience.

The staff was amazing. So attentive and seemed happy to be working there. There was plenty of staff in the right place to assist with whatever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great and was a welcome relief from the warm weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and the pool was clean. It was a great stay and I will be coming back!
