"We had a wonderful stay during Christmas. Our flight was cancelled and we didn’t get in until the next morning but the staff was so accommodating and able to get us in our room right away. The room was lovely and even though we were there during a busy time, once the windows were closed, the room was pretty quiet. If we ever find ourselves in Florence again, we’ll definitely stay here. "
"Many breakfast options; and the staff was very efficient in delivering requested beverages and any other requests to our table in the breakfast room."
"The staff was very nice willing to assist us in every request. The hotel was excellent with premium amenities. The room was amazing spacious and with a very modern decoration. The bathroom was spacious and isolated!!!!

"We stayed six wonderful days in this beautiful hotel. We ate dinner at its restaurant once, and the four of us loved the food. Every day we had a glass of wine at the lovely bar, met the friendly servers as well as other travelers. We stepped out the door every morning and were just steps away from the Duomo and Da Vinci museum and stores and fun outdoor places to eat. Real linen bedding! Chocolates on our pillows! "
"The hotel is very cozy and welcoming, excellent location, easily walkable to Florence’s main attraction. Good breakfast. Our garden room level very spacious with a walk in closet, bathroom with bidet, heated towel racks, and a large counter. Staff friendly and always attentive."
