"The room was very clean and well appointed, perfect for a multi-day stay. The online photos and description were accurate. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city.
On the down side, the unit we had was very warm for October temperatures, even with the heat off and windows open, and it sat right above a steakhouse, so the odor of grilling meat was pervasive every evening. The bed was also very firm."
"Everyone ee encountered was very attentive. Location cannot be beat. Great breakfast and lobby bar. The only minus is one cannot control the room’s temperature as it is “cold outside” which made for a few warm nights. Opening the window was not an option as Unter den Linden is loud with them open. Otherwise, excelent. "
"The Hotel is in the middle of a business area so there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic around the hotel but 2 blocks away was the bustling main train station. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast."
"Excellent hotel near public transport. Large clean room. Beautiful view of Berlin. Great to have a coffee machine in the room. Excellent breakfast - especially loved the gadgets including the pancake maker and butter dispenser!! Lovely bar area too. "
Torched by Hitler, bombed by Britain and stormed by the Russians, the seat of German power has risen again as a symbol of a united, progressive Germany.
