Vila Marisa, an exceptional location in the heart of the charming village of Ax-les-Thermes, it was completely renovated 3 years ago to bring it up to standard.

Ideally located, this villa is just a stone's throw from the cable car, thermal baths, casino, restaurants, market and all the local shops. A perfect destination for sports, nature and cycling enthusiasts.

Composition of the Vila :

This spacious house offers an unforgettable stay thanks to its large, cosy living room with fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large, sunny garden, unique in the village. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it combines comfort, practicality and charm. Everything is within walking distance for a carefree experience.

Large room ideal for storing skis, bikes and your shopping.

Ground floor:

Spacious living room: fireplace, 107 cm connected TV with Orange bouquet, and two large comfortable sofas.

Dining room: table for 8.

Open-plan modern kitchen: fully equipped with pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. View and direct access to the garden.

Pros: La fraîcheur de la maison en période de grande chaleur, le jardin ombragé très agréable, avec table et balancelle, une grande salle de séjour et les nombreuses chambres et salle de bains pour accueillir une famille nombreuse.
