The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently provided warm, attentive service especially their help with valet, room service and navigating the hotel. The location is ideal - just steps from the pier and surrounded with a lot of dining options. One standout feature was the upgrade to the suite in the north tower, big bathroom big living and big room with a view of the pier. Wished we stayed a few extra nights to take it all in. A wonderful experience from start to finish"
