Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
At check-in, the hostess Kevin was extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave my information to a random guest who pretended to know me to jump the line. I would’ve been ok if he would’ve apologized and kept it professional; instead he got defensive and refused to share his name(he thought I was going to complain but I wanted to greet him directly). Instead he directed me to his manner, rolled his eyes and walked away. The manager explained he is very rude and asked me to email the “big boss”. Once in our room, half the power blew out, housekeeping never came to give wash clothes, toilet paper, fresh towels or service the room.The water park, game room and all the fun amenities was perfect. I love that it’s a hotel basically recreated to please children however I think they could use a serious upgrade on the rooms and some of the staff.
