"My stay was very disappointing. I chose it for the pool/hot tub and location. The pool water was cold and murky and the hot tub water was luke warm and swamp green in color. It smelled awful. My kids wouldn’t go in and they were so excited for it. Big let down when you have kids to entertain. I alerted the front desk staff and was told the hot tub needed paint and that is causing the green color. She didn’t know why it was cold and didn’t seem to care. I questioned when it was last cleaned. It smelled foul. Pool towels weren’t stocked at all and the pool area was just overall dirty looking with a lot of cracked tiles everywhere. I used the lobby bathroom and the water sensor on the sink never turned off. I told the guy at the front desk and he checked on it but mentioned it “won’t be his problem because his shift is almost over.” The lobby coffee station was out and never replenished . The mattress sheets were so old and stretched they kept popping off the bed corners and revealed a really dirty stained mattress underneath. All these things add up. Seems like nobody cared there. Was convenient location for what I needed but would never stay there again and do not recommend. They need to get it together! "

"Great staff, very friendly and professional. Easy check-in. Clean room. Easy access from the highway. Parking is ample. Restaurants within walking distance, including 24 hours. But: there is a camera in the room on the thermostat, the internet requires you to provide personal information before you access it (both of which I imagine the property owner, or the thermostat and/or internet provider, sells to a data broker), and I do not like that there is only one entrance/exit, through the lobby. Also, there is no breakfast, which means I have to basically add $20 and a lot of inconvenience to my day every day. But I will stay here again, and I give high praise to the staff."

"Everything was great could have a few better items on the breakfast bar but not really a complant. And you cant help the weed smell its colorado"

"Clean room and friendly staff. Television was not connecting to whatever system was insight. Would play for a few minutes then go to circle of doom. Then a 2 minute commercial. Thankfully we were only staying for one night. "

"Friendly staff and check in. Was under the impression breakfast was included. My mistake apparently as it is not but is offered for purchase. Beds were reasonably comfortable, however, there was hair in the shower and on a face towel. The pool smelled horribly of chlorine so I did not partake. Elevator was a bit scary as it was slow to open a couple of times. Myself and another guest found it scary. Stayed for business trip and was sure check out was closer to noon. However, at 915a housekeeping knocked on my door stating it was check out but I was 15 minutes from being ready to do so. I’ve already informed my company and we will not be using this property for future stays as I still have 5 weeks of stays to go."

"Bed squeaked so bad it had to be broken, coffee maker didn't work, and the side table was so rickety, we were scared to put anything on it."
