"The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you. The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. Commercial area and bakery around the hotel. Super! I will use it always now!"

"The hotel is located close to the Reims centre train station. It was great if you are traveling by train. Very walkable location - great dining options. We arrived earlier, so we had to store our luggage at the hotel till the check in time at 3. The room was smaller than we expected, but very clean. The shower stall was very small too. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very friendly."

"Location is great to get into Reims, only a 15min walk. Secured parking is fantastic. Our room was good sized all looked new and fresh also had a kitchenette. On check-in the kids bedroom was not set up and this was still not done by the evening. The reception asked us to set it up ourselves since they were low on staff.
