"Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter."

"We loved this hotel! It was the perfect place to stay when visiting Tokyo if you enjoy pleasant service and an easy walk to local shopping and restaurants. The breakfast they served was incredible!
