We stayed 2 weeks with a family of 3 (one 6 year old child) and there is not one bad thing I can say about this place. Everything from the quality, cleanliness, in room amenities (glasses, pots, pans, fridge, stove, etc) and size of the accommodations, to the staff to the location was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly (shout out to Sophie, she was awesome). Location Tip: There is a great grocery store in the basement of the Asakusa station that has an amazing selection of fresh fish and sushi. I note it here because we didn’t find it until the last couple of days of our trip and I wish we had found it sooner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mimaru Hotel Asakusa Station. The apartment style room was a perfect fit for our family needs. The staff were friendly and attentive. Location cannot be beat with multiple train stations within short walking distance. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Metro station right at the corner. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Nice size rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Shiva the manager and Christie at the front desk. Thank you for holding our luggage for us while we visited Kyoto for a few days. Also, very appreciative that you let us keep one of our rooms for a late check out. This allowed my elderly mom to rest until it was time to head to the airport. Great hotel and location and the staff really makes this hotel amazing!
