"Perfect location! Short walk from asakusa line, direct sky access train to hotel from narita airport, and we took the ginza line most of the time. Very convenient location. Sensoji just a stone throw away and many shops and eateries nearby. Room is abit old and dark but still pretty clean. Housekeeping can be improved as hairs still can be seen after housekeeping but generally is ok. Disposable amenities still provided. Housekeeping staff are nice and polite, requests to room service are prompt as well. The lobby is at level 13, offering nice view of the skytre tower and surroundings, the lobby is modern and nice. Just that it doesn't seem to match the room hence the room seems older. Minimal interaction with the staff, but even if there is, its good and prompt. Asked few questions before my stay and received replies within the same day. Overall love the stay and would recommend to others!"

"Travelled solo and had a wonderful stay, check-in experience was also good and well managed. Room was just enough for a solo traveller, with enough space for my luggage. Breakfast options could have been better but what was available was good. The Onsen facility was perfect, clean and well maintained. Overall great stay and good value for money, would definitely return for another stay if I’m ever in Tokyo."
