10/10 Excellent
"Loved the area! Beds were stiff but can easily fall asleep on.
Staff was +++ great, especially for only knowing 2 Japanese words.
Wish I would have stayed longer to be in the area another day!"
"Excellent value for the cost. Like most in Japan, rooms are small, but more importantly, clean and updated. The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to assist guests. English spoken. Finally, location, location, location. Great stay!"
"You could walk up and down any street and find lots of places to shop or hole in the walls to eat.
Staff was very kind and helpful! We really appreciated them letting us check in early after we walked 40+ minutes with all of our luggage. Our room was spacious and we had a big bathroom. Onsen and balcony were lovely. Masterbed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Only thing I wish is that I could find those cloudy bathhouse autumn bath salts that were provided so I could experience that at home as well. Lobby also had fresh coffee and iced tea complimentary! "
"Super clean hotel. Good location but a little bit of a walk to major subway lines. The late night noodles are delicious. Can’t comment on the hot spring bath because I have tattoos that cannot be covered, but the policy was clear upon booking so it was not a problem for me. The room was always cleaned very well everyday. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."
