"Very friendly front desk - we are English speaking only and they went the extra mile to make sure they communicated with us. Walkable to the beach and views of the river were beautiful. Bed was very comfortable and night time was very quiet. Great food and drink options in the cafe. Just a great place to stay"

"Good location for walking and transport. Not really 5 star facilities. Housekeeping was extremely poor ,missing towels several days, room never hoovered in a week stay. Roof terrace bar very shabby, dirty, worn furniture. Wanted €20 to use the pool. No apologies when complained about housekeeping. Could not even be bothered to ask if we had a good stay on checkout. "

"We had a great stay here. The area might feel a bit rough however its quite quiet and we felt very safe even at 1pm in the morning. Its so easy to get to the city centre by train or walk. Just a suggestion, to add an iron as there are some fancy restaurants people may feel the need to dress up for. "

"Would return to the same hotel because it was so walkable, close to the old center and relatively quiet even in the middle of the center. Didn't open the windows and balcony doors, so it must be the good sound proofing of the doors. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy. Furnished quite sparsely but the price was reasonable. "

"Among the best locations in Bilbao with walking distance to the main attraction sites. The room is clean and comfortable. We also like the lobby to relax in the evening. Staff are extremely nice and accommodating to our requests (for early check-in and late check-out). The breakfast comes and a good variety of options. "

"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."
