"The home is beautiful and had the best views and location. You are dealing with a management company which is fine. We had a number of hiccups which took some time for them to respond and acknowledge. You’d leave a message over the night when they were closed and I’d expect a call or response within an hour of opening in the morning but did not, had to call to follow up. We did not want any repairs done while we were there for 4 nights for our sons wedding, but thought for an ultra luxury place things should have been checked out and in good order like a freezer that didn’t work or a box fan that didn’t work. The internet was off for half a day and we weren’t told about it or given any updates. When we followed the orders in the welcome book on restarting the modem, it didn’t help and we called and after quite awhile before responding, we were told it would be fixed in 30 minutes. We were never told if it was a system issue from the provider or why it took so long and why no one let us know the status. Loved the place and would come back again, just was missing the high expectations of a superior place advertised repeatedly in texts and emails received from the concierge’s about how they’d take care of you here."
Sea Change - Hendry's Beach Hideaway

"Great location right across the street from Hendry's Beach. We had a nice family vacation there. Nice hot tub in the back and large yard for the kids to play. The facilities were good with all the beach equipment you would need. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. The only negative is the tar on the beach which had to be wiped off your feet and sandals. Apparently this has been the problem on beaches down there for quite a long time. The other thing is that there is a curve right in front of the driveway and you have to very careful to cross, as cars go pretty fast and it is a blind spot right in front. Paradise was on top of everything we needed and very good to work with. The one thing you have to know is that you have to sign a big contract before you can rent and you will be liable for just about anything that could happen."

"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach which was great!! Kept our pups busy and wore out! I definitely recommend this home"

"A wonderful little property in a lovely neighborhood. Everything is within easy walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped and the backyard ready to bbq. Check-in was very straightforward and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed too. We will definitely be back next summer!"

"The property was excellent in accommodating 3 generations of my family. Loved close access to hiking trails and downtown. The host replied quickly to all contacts. Only change I would suggest is to buy a new coffee maker, it took an hour to brew coffee. "

"This is a very nice house! It is very well stocked with anything you need. The yard is large and well maintained. It is a few steps away from the stairs that lead down to the beach. The beach is beautiful and wasn’t very crowded even though it was a holiday. The hot tub is a nice amenity. We would definitely stay here again."
