"We loved being in the heart of Pico/Robertson. The beds are yummy. It needs a place to hang clothing. Some minor fixes are needed, for example the towel rack is not attached well to the wall and the shower knob was not properly attached. Overall, it was comfortable and feels like a garage with some upgrades. It needs more work to be a fully functional vacation rental."

"Overall good. Pool was a hit for my family. There was an extreme amount of rules to follow. More than I've ever seen. And it seemed like a ton of ways to lose deposit or get fined. Maybe some of that is just LA and California but it was tough to navigate. Just beware it's a ton of paperwork."

The location was perfect, the house was spotless and the beds and living room furniture were extremely high quality and comfortable. It awarded us both the logistics we needed, and the ability to comfortably have the family over for hanging out at the end of the day and to bring in breakfast a couple of times. "We had such an amazing time here! This property was absolutely gorgeous and made for a relaxing and beautiful girls' weekend away! We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a lovely space. There was an initial issue because the gate code didn't work, but the hosts responded quickly to our messages and we were able to get in. I loved staying here, I would absolutely recommend it!"

"This place was amazing. We traveled with a large family, 5 adults, 2 children. This house had plenty of room for all us. We stayed 3 nights for our Disneyland trip. The Uber ride from John Wayne took about 30 minutes ($45) and about 15 mins ($15) to Disneyland. The house is on a corner of a busy street, but that did not bother me.
