Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. "Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The property itself needs a little bit updating but then for a short stay it is not that bad. If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! I would highly recommend this Hotel Atrium because we were happy to stay here. "

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."
