Wonderful stay with outstanding staff! The hotel staff were amazing, especially Vanessa at the front desk. She helped me with all my issues and always did so with a smile. The panorama hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to visit the Our Lady of Lourdes grounds. It was the closest to the entrance. We tried the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t great.

This was my first visit to Lourdes and my stay at the Panorama hotel could not have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly - Veronique and Daria especially. The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaire and there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc very close to the hotel.
