Muy amable la recepcionista. Ofreció desayuno que fue bueno. Las camas normales, igual que el baño. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, y hacia bastante calor.

Bon séjour, hôtel correct mais vétuste, confort limité. Propre dans son ensemble, un oreiller était plein de tâches jaunes de transpiration il y avait juste une simple taie d'oreiller par dessus. Hôtel bien situé proche de la basilique. Personnels très serviable, agréables et professionnels.

It was a good place to stay, close enough to the Grotto to walk, the only issue was parking, its a mess for anywhere you may stay.

Hemos estado varias veces en Appart'hotel Saint Jean, donde siempre hemos estado muy a gusto. Está a unos cinco minutos andando de la entrada al Santuario de Lourdes. Las recepcionistas muy amables y atentas en todo momento. Cuando volvamos seguro que reservaremos con ellos.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Decor is tired. eg big dent in the door. No hairdryer in the bathroom and the gap is dangerously exposed. No place to lounge as instead of a sofa there are bunk beds!

Payment was commensurate to the room i got. TARI the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Location is walking distance to the entrance and along the way are shops for religious articles and restaurants. Safe to walk as the street to the hotel is frequented with people who are also on pilgrimage.

Muy atento el personalde recepción, destacando a la señorita Manar, encantadora y una excelente profesional. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en él. Está muy cerca del santuario. La zona esta muy bien, con restaurantes y bares para comer. Volveremos.
