Worst hotel stay ever

When I arrived the place was locked shut. Nobody about. When they finally arrived the lady, after asking my name started "you have no reservation " I showed my passport so she could see my name, but then started waving her arms about and shouting "NO RESERVATION, NO RESERVATION ". Thats the first time ever thats happened at check-in. At this point her partner appeared, and found my reservation in 30 seconds. Unfortunately I'd booked half board. Dinner was abysmal. A slice of pizza as starter. Mixed vegetables and a few bits of grilled gammon. I was only given one option for each. Breakfast was even worse. The table was present with one croissant, a small glass of orange juice and 3 bits of bread. I had to borrow the butter from the next table and go and find someone for a coffee. I couldn't get out of the place fast enough.

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel pendant 1 semaine. C'était un voyage de travail. L'hôtel est situé tout au début du village de Sarrance, dans un endroit très pittoresque. Il y a une gare tout près. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle pour cuisiner, ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres sont propres, une chambre standard avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour travailler. Vue pittoresque autour de l'hôtel.

Bon rapport qualité prix. La literie est confortable et l'hôtel est calme. Le ménage pourrait etre un peu amélioré et nous avons passé 2 jours sans lumière dans Wc et salle de bains bien que nous l'ayons signalé.

Bon rapport qualité prix.

Un petit hôtel sans prétention mais très propre qui offre une prestation en demi-pension tout à fait sympathique. Le personnel est agréable, la nourriture est bonne. Parfait pour une nuit ou 2. Une belle surprise.

Escapade dans les Pyrénées

Excellent séjour, hôtel dans une très belle région. Excellent accueil etc. Séjour en demi-pension : dîner avec des plats régionaux, ça mérite le détour. Je garde cette adresse pour un prochain séjour. Pour améliorer les chambres, mettre une télévision plus récente.

Hotel bien, service bien, restauration à revoir

Emplacement très bien coté nationale et pour promenades à la montagne, chambre correcte pour un court séjour et rapport qualité/prix est bien. Nous avons prix le forfait chambre + diner + petit déjeuner: j'espère que les repas hors forfait sont meilleurs car on nous a servi de produits surgelés et en conserves...

Déçu de mon séjour, la literie confortable, mais l’insonorisation vis a vis de la route/parking n’est pas terrible. Avec une odeur de moisie dans la chambre. La douche vraiment pas top, on a rien pour y mette ses vêtements. Un petit crochet aurait fait l’affaire. Une fois sur place, on constate qu’il n’y a pas de wifi et la machine CB ne fonctionne pas. Sinon Personnel sympa

Nuitée au calme

Escale d'une nuit entre les stations de La Pierre St Martin et Gourette. Village agréable et calme. Tout était parfait, clé sur la porte de la chambre, repas à réchauffer avec micro-ondes à disposition. Très bon repas, petit-déjeuner copieux. Chambre fonctionnelle ainsi que la salle de bains. Endroit très calme. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
