"Clean room and excellent location walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. This was my 4th stay at this hotel. My experience with breakfast included was much better the 3 prior times. The quality of the breakfast (fair) remained the same; however, drinks and the bread area became auto service and it was messy since the area is way too small for people to toast their own bread. It was much better before when the staff offered you bread already toasted, pancakes and bagels in the buffet line."

"Outdated, unkept, dirty. Staff was a hit or miss. Carlos was great, everyone else at the front desk was lazy and unprofessional. Restaurant is lovely and the staff was all great. Many other places to stay in SoBe, this one is not worth it. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they did a great job hosting us. The room was big and clean, which made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was okay, though we chose to eat elsewhere. The pool area was nice, but there was no staff on duty and the number of sun lounges was limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"The room I had 401 was like a studio apartment, which was great b/c it was roomy... however it did have a musty/moldy smell that was pretty noticeable... I didn't receive any VIP welcome gift or room upgrade that I'm aware of... and I was charged an extra $50/night "resort fee" for what I also have no idea... I was there for work, so maybe it was for pool or beach... but annoying.. lastly the restaurant wouldn't let me charge food to my room... I would have bought more there for the ease of it going on my room but if I have to pull out my cc everytime, I just went elsewhere... "

"Property was nice and clean but the rooms smelled musty I turned the AC on and it helped with smell. The location was excellent Near all the south beach activities and restaurants and across from the beach Hotel provided beach towels and chairs."
