"The staff was extremely friendly and wanted to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was barely noticed but the facility was sparkling clean. The hotel location couldn’t have been better for access to all things in South Beach. Absolutely would recommend staying here!"

"The property was in a great location, staff was super helpful and I enjoyed the hotel decor. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the pool loungers and cabanas. The pool loungers, pillows, cabana benches and curtains were visibly dirty. The property charges a daily resort/amenity fee, so it’s an expectation that these items shouldn’t be filthy. When I visited the pool, staff were scrubbing the loungers, but the dirt on all of the poolside furniture had accumulated over time. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing a management change when I visited. Hopefully the pool furniture will be better maintained with the shift in management."

"I had booked the night before because I had a red-eye and some meetings right after I landed but wanted my room to be ready. I called the day of my actual check-in to let them know that I would be checking in the following day hopefully in the afternoon. When I came to check-in they told me they cancelled my reservation and marked it as a non show EVEN THOUGH I called the night before. On top of that - I booked myself to stay the weekend as a personal treat only to find out that the pool was closed. Had I been notified of that I would have booked elsewhere. The front desk was awful to me and basically tried saying I lied and never called to let them know I booked a night before purposefully."

"The staff was great, excellent bell service and front desk service. They made our stay as they're so postive and helpful eveytime you see them. We loved the staff! The room was very dirty and I can only assume they gave us a less desirable room because we had a small dog with us. The wood floor had a lot of loose dirt/grime and so did the shower. The rooms/bathroom look much bigger in photos so that was a bit of shock to see how tiny it was. I know the buildings are older, but it's something to consider if you're sharing a room. The beach is walkable, but you have to carry the chairs provided by the hotel to beach. The hotel provides back pack chairs and I did not understand this when booking. There is no beach service what so ever. Food was just ok in this area, there are better places closer to mid beach for similar price. Walking distance to drug store, liquor store, etc which was really nice. We took our own cooler to the beach. Continental breakfast was included, I enjoyed the breakfast which consisted of coffee. fruit, cold cereal, bread assortment, and yogurt only, no eggs or protein included. No room service"
