"Communication with management was easy and we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour including how to work the gate to the property, appliances, AC units and everything in between. The photos online do not do this property justice, it is gorgeous! The large living area opens with sliding glass doors on two sides on the balcony with seating and dining area, pool and view of Jolly Harbor. "The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

The lush plants and garden are what really separate this villa from the others nearby as you feel totally secluded and honestly with the gigantic pool, enormous deck and all of the seating areas on the deck it made it hard for our family to actually leave the villa!"

"First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). "There were 2 couples and one single person so the 3 bedrrom, 3 bathroom Villa was perfect for us. The villa was very spacious and well laid out. The location was ideal, overlooking the ocean and there was a beautiful breeze sitting outside on the porch. We had an issue with the bathroom which the agent addressed immediately. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are a few beach restaurants in the area. We had a great stay! Simonetta was a wonderful and responsibe agent."

"The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. "The property is amazingly beautiful. It is rustic and not for anyone with mobility challenges but the views in every direction are breathtaking. We had an opportunity to stay in a bay-view pool cottage for the first half of the trip and a sunset-view pool cottage for the second half. Both views were great, but we slightly preferred the bay view just because the view had more character. Both cottages were rustic but very well done. The double outdoor show was so amazing! We just got back (early May) and it was HOT and Humid. Most staff were nice, but some were really nice and some were not very friendly. Overall however it was a great experience. Food was very good and for a single restaurant they offered a nice variety."
