Twee van de zeven ligstoelen onbruikbaar, geen bbq aanwezig zoals vermeld in de advertentie. Tuinmeubilair stuk en geen kussens aanwezig ( onbruikbaar).weinig schaduw rondom de woning( drie kleine parasols). De trein passeert op 5 meter van de woning. ( Niet vermeld in de advertentie).
