"Lovely apparment inside, very modern and well equipped. Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. "We had a very enjoyable holiday here. House very well equipped, everywhere very clean. Good outside table for eating our breakfast and also for BBQ’s in the garden. We hired bikes for the week, so excellent location for this as house is minutes from bike path and then a lovely 10-15-minute cycle alongside the lake into Annecy also of course plenty of space in garden to keep the bikes.
