The staff at the hotel were all super helpful and friendly. The check in/out was simple and efficient. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bar staff were exceptionally good, and encouraged me to practice my French on them. The food in the restaurant was also very good, the service was very good.

Bright modern hotel with nice clean rooms Good TV and bathroom Comfy bed We had breakfast on 3rd morning and it was dreadful Hot food was all cold I reported the eggs which were not even cool but COLD She replaced them but the second lot was no better Who wants cold scrambled eggs There was choice of cold meats & cheeses but as a Diabetic eggs are my go to safe dish It was going to cost €40 for 2 so I had it taken off my bill

El hotel perfecto en pleno centro y a dos pasos del casco antiguo y con personal muy pero muy amable y servicial. Lo negativo: el parking. Las plazas son muy limitadas y además muy estrechas.

Nous avions réservé pour 3 adultes, ils ont rajoutés des lits de camps ou d’enfants par terre dans une chambre prévue pour 2. 750€ pour 2 nuits sans aucun confort et impossible d’avoir une autre chambre prévue pour au moins 3 adultes. Bref mauvaise expérience sur Annecy.

We had a great stay at this comfortable and modern hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Annecy. The convenience of on-site parking was a huge plus, especially for exploring the city and surrounding areas such as Chamonix, Geneva and Yvoire. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for restful nights. The bathrooms were a good size, functional, and spotless, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and bilingual, which made communication easy and our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the air conditioning — despite our efforts to adjust the settings, the room stayed warmer than we would have liked. That said, the staff was attentive to our concerns and did their best to assist. Overall, this hotel is an excellent option for anyone visiting Annecy who values comfort, location, and good service.

en plein centre ville( sur la place de la gare), comfortable, propre. On est rentrer a 13-30, bien avant que prevu. Tele, frigo, grand lit , sdd, etcétéra . pas loin de vieulle ville (10 min)a pied. Personnel 10/10. Satisfaite! Un seul bemol- petit dej payable. ( 19 euros par personne.Le prix est trop fort.

L’hôtel est propre, bien situé et le personnel est accueillant. La chambre était confortable et le petit-déjeuner de qualité. Cela dit, le prix est un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées. On s’attendait à un petit plus pour ce tarif. Cela reste une bonne adresse, mais à considérer si vous trouvez une offre promotionnelle.
