"La communication avec l’hôte au top! Je recommande cet appartement, très bien situé "

"Bel appartement proche centre-ville bien équipé"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est bien située et nous a permis de faire tout à pied. Petits bémols : - l'isolation due au fait qu'il s'agissait d'une vieille résidence. - la vaisselle qui n'était pas en nombre suffisant. (3 fourchettes, 3 verres, etc...)"

"A delightful 5th floor apartment with balcony and wonderful view of mature trees."

"We had a pleasant stay at nice and clean apartment."

"If you are thinking about going to Annecy, there is no need to rent this apartment, it is close to everything! you would like"

"Wonderful apartment so close to old town. New, clean, comfortable. So glad we found this for 2 nights in Annecy."

"Very well-equipped and roomy lodgings in a residential area of Annecy. The apartment is actually a 3 BR 1.5 BA. There is only one shower. Thomas and Marie and colleagues were very responsive and collaborative."

"We had a wonderful stay"

"Lovely property and location. Perfect for 8 girlfriends for several days!"

"Accueil et appartement très bien."

"Apartment was great. Good location, clean, and modern. The agency managing the reservation however was disorganized. We waited almost 2 hours at check-in as the agent was triple booked with other properties, despite us scheduling our arrival time. The agency also did nit know much about the property. Took some time to get all access codes. The stay was great other than that."

"Only a one nights stay, but apartment was stunning. High quality, photos reflect the place perfectly. Great handover & host."

"Situated right next to the center. Spacious and well equipped. Great interior design and comfort."

"Lovely view of the mountains. Easy access to the lake with a short walk. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space. Very communicative, helpful and friendly host. Plenty of space in the fridge/freezer with a fully-equipped kitchen."

"L’appartement est tout simplement parfait, l’hôte a pensé à tout, il ne manque de rien. Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli. Un séjour qui n’aurait pas pu mieux se dérouler."

"Beatiful appartment in a nice and quiet and very clean area. The view from the balcony is superb. Just walking to the supermarket and pizzaria makes it even more comfortable. Also lying that close to the lake makes trips very easy."

"trés trés satisfait"
