Absolutely magnificent hotel!!!! Incredible location, immaculate service, helpful staff and unforgettable views. Drinks in the bar on the roof (5th floor) are a must! Get a table against the rail overlooking the lake (not cheap but totally worth it).

Historical building with nearby shopping and staff is excellent but my room had a tub I had to get in to take shower and it’s high and older people might risk a fall and AC was not on at night we felt hot , overall a nice hotel

The location is extraordinary. I would say one of the best. If you want to be close to old town, high end shops and good restaurants this is your place. It has a nice rooftop with a wonderful view. I did not like that the A/C is very limited

Views from room are amazing. You watch the paragliders land throughout the day with the alps in the background. Staff were very nice. Gym was big and had all you need for a good workout. Restaurant at top had nice views but menu wasnt the best. Only two negatives: filtered water dispenser in lounge tasted bad so we bought water from the convenient coop across the street; and breakfast had only one option which was an expensive buffet, no a la carte. But this hotel was awesome!

We went in June, unfortunately the window views from the breakfast area were blocked as they were renovating. But if you eat at the rooftop restaurant it is amazing view overlooking the lake area. The room we chose was a bigger room with separate bedroom and one added bed in the sitting area for our family of three. It was spacious enough to relax. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the location and convenience near shopping and business area. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance and close to Old Town.
