The fully renovated kitchen has a counter top height quartz bar, with a single farm sink, all stainless steel appliances, and custom grey cabinets. With 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a back covered patio with fan, and separate dinning area there is plenty of space in this single story home.

Located just 10 minutes from McKinney. 15 minutes from Allen and less than 25 minutes from Shops of Legacy and Legacy West at the Plano Frisco corridor with easy access to highway 75. Lake Texoma is 30 - 35 minutes way. Choctaw Casino in Durant OK is 45 minutes away.
