"We enjoyed the breakfast. The view was good as well,however, the amenities are old overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"I checking in and checked a few hours later. The place was run down, out dates, smelled. The pictures on line did not match the photos on hotels.com app. One broken elevator, ceiling texture falling off, everything needed to be painted inside and out. I should have known when I pulled up in the parking lot when I a police tower with cameras was set up in the parking lot this wasn'tthe best place. I told the front desk that I found a better hotel and I was checking, he didn't even offer any type of refund. I will never stay there again and I may start using another hotel search website."

"Overall I was happy with our stay. Our room was good, the staff was great, and the hotel was very pretty. I didn’t like having to pay for parking and the parking lot did not feel very safe. "

The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area "

"The property building looks very nice but the room and bathroom look outdated need to be upgraded. The shower is no even look like a Hilton hotel."
