8/10 Good
The hotel on its own is great and is a great location to access the outlet shopping, as it's right across the road.
But the lady who does check-in at night is super rude and has major attitude issue, you can clearly tell she did not want to be there and if that's the case she really needs to go find a different job to do because her behaviour really was unacceptable.
The breakfast was average and I would avoid it as it made me sick for 2 days food poisoning, I think it was the fruit.
