"Clean room, comfy bed "

"We didn’t stay. Not as pictured online. After we checked in, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, and went down the road and came in contact with a protest which not only congested traffic but made us feel unsafe. The hotel itself made us feel uncomfortable. Run down inside and out. We did not stay here. We wasted $100 on a room we never stayed in. "

"Well, looking online, the rooms looked very good. When I got to my room, I found roaches, they were in the bathroom, they were squashed on the wall, there was a couple of dead ones by the table in the room with a couple live ones. The hot water in the shower took a very long time to heat. Other than that it was a quiet area."

"Housekeeping woke us up at 8 AM talking in the hallway yet our room was never cleaned. "

"The property was clean and neatly maintained. We did know that the bedrooms were split in 2 buildings. There were no instructions provided which would have helped. Contacting the owner was easy. Owner was responsive even late in the night."
